pull you over for any reason, like saying your license plate is 6" to far back; especially pull over young folks and anyone after ten oclock at night,ben pulled over many a time when doing 5 mile under the speed limit. and nevr got a ticket ut our sons get pulled over a plenty and high tickets;hardly ever drive thru there wihtout seeing someone pulled over.
