HWY 77 south
This is a small town one passes on the way to the Rio Grande Valley. You are going 70 mph highway speeds then must slow to 30 mph in this town. The cops will be hidden in bushes or behind a sign. Safety issues are a laugh the only goal is money to fund this small town. This is a sad-looking impoversihed town but their stealing from travelers is no better than mugging morally.
