Hwy 94 West just West of Grossmont Mall
Got a speeding ticket here, despite some of the traffic going faster than I was. Speed trap or not – this is where I got the ticket. Be ready – they sneak up on you.

When was Grossmont Mall moved from I-8 & Grossmont Center Dr all the way down to State Route 94?
