Hwy 95 leaving Plummer on the south side.
You are out of town in the country on the highway and they (sheriff deputy) will pull you over for exceeding the 40 mph as you approach the 60 mph sign. Maybe they are waiting there for traffic headed north approaching town. I guess when business is slow they catch you trying to leave town going south.
