I have regularly seen CHP under the overpass on the Northbound side and on the southbound freeway entrance.

The CHP refers to this tactic as a "Wolf Pack". One officer with a radar gun and up to 8 or 10 others chasing. I see them doing this on most weekends and there are no shortages of speeders.
