Hyw 31 and Hwy 31
Posted speed limit changes rapidly from 70 to 50(or 30 during school hours). City police will stake out in school zone on hwy 31 and just past the 40mph sign on 171.

I just found out how this small town makes it's revenue. I was busted in the school zone because I excellerated before I had reached the sign that says 60 MPH. Even though I was under 35 MPH for almost all of the school zone, the Hubbard cop was sitting there just looking for a fish like me. No breaks and no warning, just $190 fine.
