I-10, heading West near the Texas border

Las Cruces, New MexicoAug 23, 20021 Comments

After traveling through 55 mph zone, drivers will see a sign in the distance noting that the speed limit is changing to 65 mph. Naturally, most drivers will begin to speed up. Anyone that hits 65 mph before hitting the actual sign location could face a ticket. This adds nothing to the safety of the road, whatsoever. I have had a few tickets, but never felt so badly burned by a police officer until I received this one.

Comments:
This is still going on state cops traveling up and down in this 50 to 65 mph area just waiting for anyone to be going 65 before the sign instead of afterwards this happend to me last week going up orgon pass... ticketed 18 over saying i was still in 50 mph zone , really with a 65 mph sign ten feet in frount of his face. how could state cops be so petty, why dont they go out and catch some people breaking the law , you know one of those speeders that pass you like youre standing still, well i am not standing still for my undeserved ticket , i am warning you and hope that helps you not to be victumized like we were...
