I-215 @ Redwood road overpass
As you are headed west to north on I-215, you will come up on the redwood road exit, as you pass over redwood road, still on i-215, You will see the on-ramp that runs behind the shop-ko. He hides on the on-ramp and radars you as you approach the overpass, then pulls you over just as you go around the west to north curve.
