I-35 and SE 15th
I-35 varies between 75 mph and 60 mph. Suddenly, around SE 15th street, it goes to 60 and there "they" are, waiting in unmarked cars.
How exactly do you react to a late 1980’s to early 1990’s model pickup pulling you over? Bullies with guns, nothing more.
