Trooper Dilly used phony radar to shakedown out of state truckers.He swore I was going 75 in a truck that would only do 70 not to mention I was only going 55.He thought since I was from out of state I would just plead no contest pay the fine keep it off my record and he would get the credit.

I totally agree. I too was stopped with out of state license. I was behind a truck and told the officer that I was going slower than the truck. His comment was. I didn't see any truck !! I sent my fine to The Clerk Of Courts and told my story. Never heard from them. They knew !!
