The reformatory is there, so they watch every car they can. I-40 at the business 40 exit. Police vehicles usually underneath bridges. Country Club Road, ending/starting around Highway 81 exit, depending which way you’re heading on the interstate.

The cops at El Reno are State police, This is a test to see if Oklahomans will put up with another agency patroling the roads. They are looking for speeders, drugs, and whatever will make the state a buck
