Usually set traps on overcast days so as to hide the airplane. Especially like light rain days. Officers in cars hide behind overpass while plane circles above Got a ticket for 10 mph over speed limit $181.00 –no considerations by officer-state troopers but tickets paid to Rapides Parish Sherriff–

I'm sorry, but 10 miles over the limit justifies writing a ticket no matter how they monitor speeds. This area is also clearly marked that the limit drops by 10 coming into the city. I believe most cities follow this practice. This is not a trap, this is enforcement.
