I-5 north of Martin Way, south of Nisqually
The "traps" are below the bridges in the above area and one is just north of Martin Way, they will get you going either way, there are a few bushes that they take advantage of. Your probably going to be speeding up going north out of town or still going a bit fast after coming up the hill from Nisqually into town. You can watch for brake lights of those unfortunate to be in front of you in either direction.
