I-5 S, Marquam Bridge
Police officers on the right-hand side of the ramp up onto the bridge itself, just before it turns and crosses the Willamette. There’s enough space there to park two or three cruisers and a whole load of motorcycles.
The most common time to see lots of officers here is when there’s an event going on downtown or when they’re doing a "Speed Enforcement Period", which the newspapers usually announce. It’s hard to get back to the spot after they tag someone, so they usually gather a whole bunch of motorcycles and clock people until they run out of officers, and then they disperse.
