A particular female PD Sergeant likes to park in the median hidden behind hills and clock tourists coming down long hills. I set my cruise on the speed limit. Unfortunately, the hills were so steep the cruise did not hold it back going downhill. She is not friendly. She approached the passenger side. I actually expected to be arrested, she was so harsh. Total fine and costs? Over $200.00 for 5 mph over the limit.
