Construction zone – The interstate is somewhat restrictive between Sellersburg and Clarksville heading south and between the Stansifer Exit and Eastern Blvd exit heading north. However, it opens up in between. Their favorite place to hide is ON the overpass(there is a little outcropping of concrete barriers where the width of the bridge is expanded). Do not speed over the 131 overpass!
