I-95 North (right after Exit 3)
heading I-95 North, right at Exit 3, the speed limit is reduced from 65 mph to 55 mph (WHY?). 1/2 mile passed that, state troopers usually stop in the middle of the lanes. If you don’t pay attention to slow down (don’t forget to turn off the cruise control) to 62-64 mph you’re caught.
