The NYPD has their own highway patrol. They are constantly on the northbound side of 95 as you pass the Conner st. exit, They will sit on the right side of the bridge where the grass starts. Here they use rear facing k-band. On the southbound side they are usually @ a mile past Conner St. Here they will turn the car sideways under the footbridge , they had just gotten a laser gun and they found this turn to be a perfect spot
