Got caught at 76, mile 12, on my way to FL Oct 2010. Could swear saw no 65 signs after leaving I295S. Cop told me all VA is 65. Except when told about I295S. Oh!!... Coming back north in Apr. 2011, stopped at Shell station I95, near Emporia. Saw full police operation headquartered in doughnut shop across. At least half a dozen cars, marked and unmarked coming and going. Only saw a 70 sign along the way, until close to I295N, 70 miles to the north. Didn't look like homeland security.
