I am another one added to the list of getting caught in this trap. I am very conscientious on my wearabouts and how fast I was going. I tried following the signs and slowing down as fast as I could safely. I am now on my way to get a money order of 75$ for apparently going 15 over.

We just also received a citation in the mail. We are out of state residents. I believe the city was asked to take down these in March because they are in violation. There is a class action lawsuit in process too. I plan to contest it and possibly join the law suit too. It is unfair and, I believe, it is meant to be a money maker and not for safety. Safety first, money next.
