Received NOTICE OF VIOLATION for going 67 in a 55 . Went to Minneapolis, MN. Returned home on 05/10/2014, it was generated on 06/02/2014.I am a safe driver and always use the cruise control. I was by myself and know that I was watching my speed. Funny that after reading others they were all clocked going 67 in a 55 ??? Really? I will need to pay the ticket but I know that it isn’t right but what else can anyone do ? I don’t want to pay them my hard errand money of $75.00 . This has to be a speed trap for the city to make money. Drivers beware.

I got a notice for a supposed violation in the EXACT same spot; said I was doing 74 in a 55 zone. I'm contesting it...
My husband received 2 notices in the mail from Hertz saying he had 2 violations on the SAME day, 3 MINUTES APART. One was for 67 in a 55 zone and the other was 74 in a 55 zone. We live in another state, but, this sounds pretty fishy to me. He doesn't speed normally and he definitely doesn't go almost 20 over the limit. Wondering what we should do? Just suck it up and pay or dispute.
I was there 9/28 Sunday. They had me going 67mph in a 55mph. Check all post....majority say 67 in a 55....sounds like a conspiracy to me. Do they randomly select out-of-state vehicles as they now you are not going to return to fight the ticket. Due process would not allow for these tickets to stand. You have a right to face your accuser and a camera does not qualify. As I look at the picture it almost appears that I am entering off an off ramp which would be non-passing lanes. So I am not sure if lane three is correct. I380 SB @ J Avenue, Lane 3???
