Motorcycle cops with portable radar stands on Hot Wells Blvd. overpass behind concrete column shooting radar and relaying the speeders to several (5-10) squad cars waiting in a line on the other side of the bridge on the On Ramp ready to go. They quickly issue the ticket and take the turnaround and do it again. It a revolving process usually taking place in the afternoon during rush hour.
