Coming from the North the 45 speed limit sign is way before you realize you are near the town. If you miss the sign you will have a ticket for sure. You have no chance to slow down to 45 and the cop is waiting just at the top of the hill. It's a shame the little town has to depend on these traffic fines to pay for the police salary. It gives town of Pelham which might be a nice town a bad public opinion of it. They will never get any more of my money as now I have the town in my GPS anytime I am going down 19 I get a warning before I get there.
