Independance between I-485 and Albemarle
Speed limit begins at 50 mph, goes to 55 mph, then suddently turns to 45. Cops will follow you with VASCAR. If they pull you over in the 55 mph zone, they will ticket you for xx mph in a 50 saying they had you in the 50 zone earlier. Hope they don’t get you in the 45 mph zone. they especially like Saturday mornings.
