Intersection of Hickory Ave. & Dock St.
An officer is parked in his car in the parking lot of the apartment complex across the street from the China Palace Restaurant. I’ve normally seen them pull drivers over for failing to come to a complete stop at the stop sign during night time hours. This has been a regular occurrence recently (Nov ’09).

Harahan is still staking out this location. I was ticketed in December 2013 for 'Stop Sign'. Given a completely illegible ticket. Submitted Motion for Discovery requesting a Legible Copy, BOTH sides including Officers Notes. Had to call Court for Date and Time. Harahan is strictly a revenue a revenue operation.
