Intersection of Highway 16 & Interstate 75
If your heading east on highway 16 as soon as you cross over into Butts County and right before you cross over Interstate 75. Speed drops from 55 to 45.

The speed limit on I-16 has changed to 65 and drops to 55 as you get closer to I-75. I would not consider this a speed trap any longer.
