While going to or from the Dubuque Airport there is an Overpass for traffic wishing to go to Cedar Rapids. Below the overpass are two spots in which a cop can get you from. One for traffic to DBQ, another coming from the KDBQ area. He hid’s under the overpass and the area is already dark from lack of lights. So DO NOT SPEED DOWN THAT HILL! As tempting as it may be.
