Interstate 20 near Downing Pines Crossing
The speed limit is 70 about a mile west of overpass. It turns to 60 about half a mile before overpass. Most vehicles donot slow down in this stretch. Police are on east side of overpass, either in median or to the right side of overpass, up the embankment. Somewhat forgiving looking for blatant speeders coming into town.

ADDITIONALLY: There is no speed limit sign between the entrance ramp (East bound) from Wells Road and the Downing Pines overpass. So be cautious upon entering trafic flow here and attempting to get up to speed. Found no forgiveness from officer at all and fine was $235 w/ court costs when an attempt to argue my case failed.
