Interstate 295 near Exit Number 34
For some time there has been heavy construction on 295 North and South. It goes from exit 38 to exit 29. It is very heavily enforced by state troopers parked in the grassy median. The speed limit is 45, and they will pull you over for anything over that.

This is approximately where the southbound changes speeds from 65 to 55 and on the northbound side goes from 55 to 65. OK Comrads, lets go out there and make some bucks!
