Saw a construction worker/survey crew person take picture of plates while heading south from Church Rd to Rt 70 intersection. Not quite sure the exact place it happened but am sure it was on the southbound lane
Cruiser parked in median between 295 and springdale road early in the morning before dawn. Limit is 45, but road opens up from 2 lanes to 4 lanes each way, encouraging 60 or more.
Plainclothes CHPD stands in street 4" from curb at Park Blvd in the roadway in front of swim club. Unmarked manned patrol car equipped with ALPR (enhanced licence plate reader) and also videotaping cars LP’s parked in trees 30′ from behind. Marked unit 70′ ahead waiting in Park Police lot also videotaping. PO stands in street not attempting to cross, cars pass doing speed limit are videotaped. Ticket is in the mail. Phony looking older plain clothes cop holding a basketball stands outside of cutout in pedestrian crosswalk, motorists are confused as to his intentions and many drive slowly past him, that’s when a cop jumps in front of your car and forcefully directs you to the school parking lot where he gives you the BS "Do you know what you did?" routine. Oh, you just drove past a pedestrian in a crosswalk.
No warnings in Jersey! 200 fine. Kangaroo court. Pay up then no points, see!
Police units patrol Cropwell Road, with a speed limit of 30. Cops hide in the Little Servant Sisters parking lot to pull over cars going down the hill excess of 40 mph.
