Police cruiser either on median between North and South lanes, or an Police SUV hides off of the road on the right side of the north bound lanes. By the time you see it, it is too late. Granted you have to be going obnoxiusly fast in relation to other rush hour traffic to grab the officers attention..

This is another place where the speed limit changes southbound from 65 to 55 in preparation for the congestion ahead. They must raise revenue!
