Town & Country is not funded by traffic tickets. It is funded by all of the corporate offices that serve as it's tax base. I live in Town & Country and have never seen a traffic cop with radar at this intersection.
Not to be disrespectful, but Town and Country's average income per household is $159,614, and it is the home of Charter Communications, Savvis, Solutia, Maryville University, and Energizer Battery Corp. The T&C Police Dept. needs NO ticket revenue. Period. In fact, their officers are amongst the best paid nationwide, field almost entirely 2010 or 2011 Chargers, and have citizens that are willing to pay extra for multiple DUI enforcement vehicles and require their officers to enforce speed limits to protect their city.
