Interstate 44 near State Highway AH

This exit is just east of St.Clair MO. On I44, It is also a DUI check point.

they put out signs that say drug check point ahead with cannine unit.. right before the AH exit... they bust people exiting its infested with cops,,beware.. and there isnt a road block at all.. its evil
