Interstate 45 South near State Highway 79
Officer parked under 79 overpass at the ready to pick up speeders on the long half-mile downhill just north of Buffalo. Likely second car present as pick-up car is just beyond crest of the subsequent hill. Watch those downhills, even if it looks clear.
