The Roseville cops sit on the overpass there and use the laser gun to detect speeders on the freeway below. They call out a description of the speeding vehicle to cop cars parked on the the entrance ramps or parked on the side of the freeway out of sight. tThe cop that allegedly shoots you with the laser is Not the one who pulls you over and writes the ticket. Challenge all of these tickets and you will get off on them…..the officer that pulls you over cannot confirm for certain that you are the one that the laser guy shot, he can only reasonably assume. A reasonable assumption does Not meet the burden of proof to find a driver responsible of a civil infraction.
