Interstate 75 South near Exit Number 146
Heading South on Interstate 75, about 1/2 mile before reaching Exit 146, the Highway Patrol sits on a small embankment ready to pull out and get you. I see them there nearly every time I pass that section of interstate.

Though yes, this is a speed trap, more often it's either Peach County Sheriff or Byron City Police that do this. Considering this, the legality is questionable. Peach County has lost their license to operate radar in the past for pulling similar stuff outside the requirements laid out in the OCGA.
The Byron GA. Police Department is usually parked about 1/2 mile from exit 146 just below the small drop off of a hill and by the time you see them it is to late. This is a big revenue maker for this small city.
