Interstate 76 near Exit Number Girard Avenue/Spring Garden
Travelling westbound, police officers will sit at the top of the Girard Avenue and Spring Garden Street onramps. They will follow cars driving anywhere over the low 50 MPH speed limit, despite the flow of traffic being 60-70 MPH. If you see a person pulled over directly after the Girard Ave. onramp, the cop was at Spring Garden. If they’re pulled over near Montgomery Ave, the cop was on the Girard Ave. onramp. Don’t let these traps get you! Be sure to slow down as you pass these two overpasses, the onramps are on your right side, elevated. Take it easy, and you won’t get nabbed.
