Interstate 81 Exit 43/44
The trap is located between Exits 43 and 44 on I-81. This is in Luzerne Co. in NE Pennsylvania. It is common to see them targeting northbound traffic, but southbound possible. This area is favored because northbound the limit is 55, while southbound 65. I have seen a tan minivan in the median with RADAR. There are typically 2 or more chase cars around the sharp turn. I have also seen 1 car running radar around the turn all by himself. It is common to witness unmarked vehicles with RADAR. In the past there was a maroon stationwagon and a red Mustang.
