Interstate 94 near Exit Number 12 Mile Road
On the West Bound side of traffic, a State Trooper is known to sit above the Interstate on the Exit Ramp. Due to the high volume of traffic, he uses "Speed Estimation" (picks out the vehicle that passes all the other vehicles) and goes after them and paces them to get their speed.
