Interstate 95 SB near Exit Number Betsy Ross Bridge
Right after the exit is an overpass with an onramp to the highway. Since it is above and behind you on the right side, the police car that is parked at the top of the ramp can not be seen until he’s already behind you, and you can see up the ramp in your mirror. Too late, of course. Popular for late night traffic stops. The dead giveaway are the two thick lines painted across the road at about a 100 foot interval. These are reference points to be used with the VASCAR unit. (distance from line to line divided by the amount of time it takes you to cross between them). BEWARE THE THICK WHITE LINES!
