Interstate Hwy. 1 Between Punahou St. Exit and University Ave. Exit
Officer is normally hiding just behind the Isenberg St. Exit. Lights off in a late model 4Runner. Once you pass the exit you will see his daytime running lights on. Speed Limit on the freeway in that area is 45mph. Normally seen later at night after 10PM. almost on a weekly basis.
