Cop running the LIDAR or laser gun is located on a high hill on a side street with no Interstate access just after you cross the bridge over River Des Peres by the RR switch yard. Not even 1/2 mile into City limits. Waste of manpower ( 3-4 cars and cops minimum ) which is why St. Louis is one of the "Murder and Drug Capitols" of the United States.
