Interstate I-77 near Mile Marker 186
Many turns and hills. Radar cosine error is inherent. City police using I-77 as revenue generator. Preying on out of state plates.

I received a speeding ticket at this spot in 2007. 2:30am, I set the cruise at 74, I was cited with 79. I was the only car on the highway and had 2 sleeping children in the car. Yes, I had out of state plates heading north. It was city police not state. $178.
First of all, mile 186 on I 77 is 48 miles north of Ripley so I really don't think it was a ripley cop. Second the limit is 70 so why set your cruise at 74? Prob going downhill and out run your cruise.
