Usually AM Rush and Sunday Mornings going West bound on I-90. It is usually between Rt25 and Rt 31, but sometimes they start at 59 and use the unmarked on the top of the overpass calling down to many state troopers waiting. I usually see the aftermath with up to 8-9 people pulled over. I have not been able to figure out where they hide. Sometimes they don’t hide, you will just see up to 6 or 7 state troopers spread along the road.
