Interstate Rt. 80 near State Route Rt. 23/Rt.3 intersection
There is a speed change where Rt. 3 and Rt. 23 cross Rt. 80. Eastbound there are bushes on the left right before the change. An extra lane starts right after the bushes which gives the cops a place to hide. Come summertime it is impossible to see them until you are past them. Right past where they sit in the extra lane, there is a break in the barrier where they can switch to westbound traffic lanes. They will park there and use radar and laser in both directions.

Rt 3 does NOT pass, join or run parrallel to Rt23 or Rt 80. I *think the person means Rt46, which is right at the mentioned area where both Rt 80 and Rt 23 are also.
