John Nolen Drive near The Colesium
Madison police sit in the Colesium entryway to parking across from the park entrance and the Sheraton Hotel to catch cars going south out of Madison at night. For some reason, the speed drops to 35 even though traffic always flows at 45 or better. I caught my ticket at 1:30 am with no traffic around.
