Just north of Mt. Pleasant as you cross small Wando Bridge
As you are just leaving (or just arriving) Mt. Pleasant on highway 41 North, as you approach the left turn to get on Clements Ferry Road, a Berkeley County "Trooper" (really just an over-qualified toll collector with an attitude) awaits with a pulse radar or laser gun. They hide near that old wooden building. If you are coming into Mt. pleasant on Hwy 41 from Cainhoy, the speed just drops from 55 to 45 to 35…so it’s easy to be way over the limit.
They’ll gladly reduce it a two point violation in court, way out in Moncks Corner. No wonder they can get a pension in 20 years, after they all rape us hard-working citizens just driving to work, etc.
