Kedron Road near 31 Road
Police park there car in the flower shop parking lot facing toward Saturn Parkway. The speed limit is 45 coming down Kedron then drops to 35 just before you get to 31(main street). There is only 1 sign with the speed limit posted so if you miss it your busted.
