Kendall and Solon Crossing near Where Solon and Kendall turn into Howard Crossing
At least 2 police cars at one time. Some are hiding on Solon heading south towards Kendall off to the left hand side on the grass. Another police car is on the median where the two one way roads turn into the divided road.
