Kilgore Road near Duke Street
There is a large hill after turning north onto Duke from Killgore. The cops will sit either in the apartment complex at the bottom of the hill, or at the church on top of the hill. Speed Limit is 25. It is almost impossible to go this slow down the hill, you have to hold your brake.
